ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Arrival and Departure

Arrival and departure day for the full week holiday is on Fridays. Short breaks are for three nights where available,- and can start on any day of the week and can include a long weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights).

The apartments are available after 4 pm You will receive full details, directions and key arrangements after you have paid the balance of the hire charge. We ask that you ring a few days before your holiday to check arrangements. Please do not arrive early, unless previously arranged, as time is needed to thoroughly clean the property between lets. We also ask that you leave the property by 10.00 am on departure day for the same reason.

Short Breaks and Long Weekends:

Short Breaks:

-We can also offer Short Breaks, 3-day breaks falling within the usual Friday to Friday changeover. These are bookable during the winter period to 5th May and from 7th October onwards, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks.

Short Breaks are also possible at short notice during the summer period and over these holidays, but are subject to availability and can only be confirmed 7 days beforehand.

Long Weekends:

We can offer Long Weekends for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. These are bookable during the winter period to 5th May and from 7th October onwards, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks, Bank Holidays and the October Half Term weekends.

They may also be available at short notice over these holiday periods but are subject to availability and can only be confirmed 7 days beforehand

Parking:

Cars are not permitted in either of the main courtyards, but may access the entrance area for loading and unloading. From here there is level paved access to the apartments. Visitors are requested to park in the designated spaces opposite the farm entrance.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or shared facilities

Fuel Charges:

All Electricity, and Heating is included in the Hire charge. Similarly Laundry facilities including use of the tumble driers is included. Change is needed for some of the games in the Games room

Linen and Towels:

All bed linen is provided free of charge. Where towels are provided this will not include beach or swimming towels. If you are staying in a property for more than one week linen will be changed weekly on request

Cots:

In all cases you should bring your own cot linen including duvets and blankets.

Pets:

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets

Extra Persons:

The apartments can accommodate 4 persons with the option of one extra on a Z-Bed. Swallow can accommodate five persons in two bedrooms again with the option of one extra on a Z-Bed. It is not permitted to exceed these numbers.

Cleaning:

All our cottages are cleaned thoroughly between holidays. We would ask that you leave the property and its contents clean and tidy.

Prices:

Prices are shown clearly on the tariff section. The price lists show the complete cost of the holiday as there are no extra charges.

Alterations to Bookings:

We may be able to change your holiday week if there is availability at another time, providing you advise us not less than six weeks prior to your original holiday start date. Requests must be received in writing. No change of dates is operative until we give written confirmation.

Should you have any problems during your stay, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

It is strongly recommended that Hirers take out booking cancellation insurance. Please contact us if you would like help with this.

Complaints not reported at the time of your stay cannot be entertained subsequently, and it is regretted that no correspondence can be entered into in the case of complaints made after you return home when it will be appreciated that it is quite impossible for them to be effectively investigated.

Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except in the case of legal liability for personal damage or injury, for which purpose we carry public liability insurance.
