Wagtail Cottage is a cosy cottage sleeping 4 + 1 z bed. All on one level the living area, bathroom and twin bedroom are wheelchair accessible.

This cottage can be prepared for guests requiring wheelchair access. The large tiled wet room style bathroom has a non-slip self draining safety floor with fixed head shower, hand basin and WC, a perching stool for the shower can be provided on request. The open shower can be fun for children and practical for those who are less ambulent, a baby bath is available on request.

Bedroom 1 has a king sized double bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds with ample space for a z-bed, travel cot or for wheelchair lateral transfer space.

This cottage has a wood burning stove in the living area and communicates with Owl from the kitchen. Together the cottages can provide spacious cooking and dining in owl with a comfortable sitting area in wagtail for larger group bookings.

Individually Wagtail provides a warm and cosy retreat for couples and quiet out of season bird watching weekends.
